A decade before Madonna Ciccone ruled as queen of pop, we all genuflected at the hem of reigning disco empress LaDonna Gaines (you may know her better as one Donna Summer). "Love To Love You Baby" was her 1975 breakout hit reaching number 2 in the US and number 4 in the UK. It was written by Summer with Giorgio Moroder and Pete Bellotte, with the latter also producing the track. In 2013 Moroder contributed a remix of the track to the compilation album of Summer remixes Love To Love You Donna. Moroder hasn't lost his touch. This posting is for my friend @notcosi.
